The MHE Learning System (MHELS) is committed to transparency in how we use donations in service of mission.

As a new nonprofit, we operate with a lean budget focused on impact and growth. Our expenses prioritize programmatic activities such as engagement, outreach, and community-building efforts. Consistent with our commitment to fiscal stewardship, expenses also include compliance and infrastructure costs such as nonprofit filings, website hosting, and accounting.

We are an established 501c3 organization and committed to evolving financial reporting as we grow. Your support helps us expand resources for people with MHE, and people who love and care about people with MHE. We will gladly share financials upon request. Starting June 2026 we will be posting our Form 990s to this page.
