Activity and MHE

Activity and MHE

Every person with MHE is different. The goal is not limitation, but adaptation — finding activities that work for each individual's body, build on their strengths, and support participation in the things that matter most.

Every person with MHE is different. The goal is not limitation, but adaptation — finding activities that work for each individual's body, build on their strengths, and support participation in the things that matter most.

The MHE community demonstrates every day that participation is more important than perfection.

Many people with MHE continue participating in activities they love by adjusting intensity, modifying technique, taking breaks, or using supportive equipment when needed. These are simply examples. People with MHE participate in a wide variety of sports, recreational activities, and hobbies. The best activity is one that is enjoyable and sustainable for individual symptoms and goals.
